Photography Permission

Occasionally, Strawberry School may take photos and videos during lessons for progress reports and yearbook projects.

Instructor Assignment

1. Instructors are assigned based on the student’s age, skill level, and class needs.

2. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee the same instructor for all lessons.

3. Strawberry School reserves the right to reassign instructors at any time to best support student learning and safety.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

1. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any reschedule or cancellation request.

2. Requests made less than 48 hours prior to the lesson time are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds, including due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Strawberry School strictly enforces the 48-hour policy without exception.

3. Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

4. For eligible refunds, a 3% processing fee will be retained to cover payment vendor charges.

5. Strawberry School reserves the right to cancel a lesson without refund if a student exhibits aggressive, unsafe, or highly disruptive behavior that interferes with instruction or safety.

Semi-Private & Group Lesson Enrollment

1. Students enrolling in semi-private or group lessons must register with their own group at the time of enrollment. Strawberry School reserves the right to cancel a lesson if the minimum student requirement is not met.

2. The maximum capacity for group lessons is 4 students per class. If a group lesson is not at full capacity, Strawberry School reserves the right to add students to the class up to the maximum capacity.
